Auto Clamp Frame... For Automatic Profits for Your Embroidery Business!

　Now you can embroider practically anything... from flat to tubular without changing the frame. The Auto Clamp Frame is good for holding multiple garments, giving you an incredible boost in productivity. Let’s say that you are sewing a finished tubular garment such as sweatshirt or t-shirt and you want to sew a flat garment. Before Auto Clamp Frame, you would have to demount the tubular frame and reset the machine to use the embroidery machine, using a special gauge. This would take as much as 3 minutes to accomplish, not to mention the extra space necessary to install the special gauge. But with the Auto Clamp Frame, the only thing you need to change is the garment itself! Simply press the Foot Pedal and the Auto Clamp Frame unlocks and release with eras, without the need for any cumbersome and productivity-sapping gauge. The changeover of garments is done in a third of time, normally less than a minute. The Auto Clamp Frame opens and closes pneumatically, protecting the garment from any damage whatever, and also is perfect for thick fabrics such as denim, jumpers, nylon and canvas bags, etc. which cannot be easily sewn with tubular frames. The Auto Clamp Frame comes in a wide variety of embroidery field size, from 40mm x 80mm to 150mm x 180mm, plus there are jumbo sizes as well, up to 210mm x 280mm, and again, all can be used on any of the Tajima single-head models.

The compact frame is specialty mode to allow you to sew in tightest areas with ease, and works great with curves surfaces. Tajima’s extraordinary color change Sequin Device can be mounted on either or both sides of the TFMX’s single head to give you the ability to create designs that combine multi-color standard embroidery and attachment of a broad array of sequins, sewn in a single pass. Apply up to 4 sequins of various size, shape or colors, combined and arranged as you like, with or without up to 13 different thread colors in a single design.

  1. Embroidery of 2 types of sequins in random sequence as desired.
  2. Embroidery of 2 types of neighboring sequins in partially overlapping fish-scale pattern.
