Thread Breakage Detection System

| The rotary disk, cut in a unique shape, rotates without slippage, according to the thread feed. The slip plate also rotates in synchronization. If the rotation is stopped for some reason, the sensor detects it and stops the embroidery machine operation in an instant. |
Thread Tension Adjustment
In response to the higher speeds of the Tajima machine, the middle thread guide take-up spring- one of the industry’s most important innovations- has been adjusted to control thread accurately and balance the upper and lower thread by picking up excess thread. This significantly improves stitching quality at high speed embroidery and prevents most thread breakage due to extra fine stitches (2mm or less), needle tip or thread untwisting, dramatically improving productivity.
Take-Up lever Guard
This proprietary technology uses a take-up lever guard (mounted over the levers) to stabilize thread feed and prevent the threads from being entangled or cast off during high speed operation and to improve safety in operation.
Rotary Type Thread Breakage Detector
It is critical that the instant a thread breakage occurs; the machine must immediately stop sewing. To facilitate this, Tajima has adopted a new electronic sensor that monitors all thread movement and detects thread breakage during high speed sewing. If the upper or under thread is broken, the machine automatically production from continuing with broken thread. The sensitivity of the sensor is adjustable on the operation panel, depending on the embroidery conditions.
Cross Type Z-Spec Drive System for Jumbo Design Embroidery
A new drive system has been introduced to TFMX machines capable of jumbo flat-type embroidery. This solution that allows for the ever increasing size requirements of embroiderers was developed to minimize of large-sizes embroidery frames and it has enabled precision frame movement even during high speed operation.
Color LCD Monitor operation Panel
Tajima TFMX machines feature the easy- to-use full color 6.5” Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD screen which shows the design and location of the needle at any point in the sewing process, real time, X and Y coordinates, machine codes and more. The panel includes special use keys to enable intuitive operation which is invaluable for both first-time and experience users.

6.5 Inch Color LCD Panel
Easy-to-view 6.5 inch color LCD panel and special use keys are located in a compact design to enable operation by instinct. The job currently being embroidered on the machine is displayed on the screen in real time <PAT>.
Selectable Date Input / Output
Design data can be input and output using USB memory. Input / Output with floppy disks is possible with the operational floppy disk drive.
Sleep Mode
Pressing a single button sets the machine in the standby status to reduce power source consumption. When you apply sleep mode without turning off the main power supply for intermission, you can restart the embroidery machine quickly.
