The business background.
Since 1956, the family name, Mattina, has served the sewing industry in Argentina . The inception of the business began in Rosario , Argentina by Juan Mattina, the uncle of Leo Mattina, the president of Realtex.
Over the years the business has continued to grow with a large customer base throughout Argentina . With a vision to create new frontiers and to better serve their ever expanding customer base, the company opened two show rooms in the capital city of Buenos Aires , a third showroom in Rosario plus a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the free zone, La Plata . With this expansion, the company officially changed its name in 2004 to REALTEX S.A.
