Texprocess is an international trade fair dedicated to sewing equipment and textile manufacturing and processing technology. The trade fair, which brings together cutting-edge technologies from around the world and attracts a diverse range of visitors, is highly regarded in the industry and has become an important meeting place. Last year in 2022, 63,000 visitors from 117 countries and regions visited the fair.

DTF Printer x TMEZ-S1501C
We exhibited a Large DTF printer for industrial applications under the Ricoh × Tajima double brand for the first time.
Embroidery was applied on top of the Mucha illustration printed by DTF. Even the positioning of patterns, which is considered to be difficult, can be neatly embroidered along the lines of prints with the Tajima embroidery machine.
Tajima proposes a solution for the entire decorative process by combining embroidery and printing.

TMBP2-X1501C Prototype
First unveiling! The maximum embroidery field is 550 x 600 mm, Tajima’s largest single-head embroidery field. By adding the special frame and table of the X-extension unit (option), an even wider embroidery field can be utilized 550×1200mm. Although it is a single head machine, it has the same embroidery field as a large multi-head, and it can handle large embroidery.
TMEZ-K1206C x Multi-Patches-Wizard
The Multi-Patches-Wizard feature allows individual logos and names to be embroidered on each head. This feature reduces the time required for data creation and allows individual designs to be embroidered at the same time, which is beneficial when processing sporting goods with different embroideries on each piece.
TMEZ-K1204C x Multi-Code device
By using the multi-code device, it is possible to create designs with up to six different colors. Cord embroidery allows for new designs that take advantage of the texture of the material.
Pulse ID
The entire booth was networked with embroidery machines via Pulse ID, and the operation and production status of each embroidery machine was monitored to visualize production management. We also demonstrated the embroidery order process utilizing e-commerce platform, which drew a lot of attention.
TMEZ-S1501C x On-demand Dyeing Equipment Coloreel
AI embroidery machine TMEZ-S1501C x Coloreel was demonstrated using Pulse ID (DG.net SaaS) Mobile Designer to experience embroidery personalization on your smartphone. Thread is dyed On-demand according to the design and color selected on the smartphone and supplied to the embroidery machine, expanding the range of personalization. As the personalization business is becoming a new trend, Tajima provides easy and efficient system for personalization.
